Our Mission
At I’LL DRIVE School of Motoring, our aim is to provide safe, supportive and professional
driver training, helping pupils build confidence, responsibility and lifelong safe driving
skills in a positive learning environment.
We are committed to creating a calm, respectful and structured learning environment
where safety, progress and professionalism come first.
Our instructors are committed to maintaining high professional standards and ongoing
development to ensure the best possible learning experience for every pupil.
Terms and Conditions
1. Payment
All lessons must be paid in advance of the lesson start time. Lessons will not take place unless payment has been
received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.Block bookings must be paid in full in advance and are non-transferable
between pupils. If a refund for unused lessons is requested, it will be calculated at the standard lesson rate (not any
discounted block rate), with the value of lessons already taken deducted accordingly.Failure to pay as agreed may result
in a 10% administration charge and suspension of further bookings until the balance is cleared.
2. Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less notice, or missed
without notice, will be charged at the full lesson rate.On occasion, the school may need to cancel a lesson due to illness,
vehicle issues, unsafe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Every reasonable effort will be made to
offer an alternative appointment or instructor.
3. Allocation of Instructors
Lessons may be delivered by any authorised instructor working on behalf of I’LL DRIVE School of Motoring. Where
necessary, pupils may be reallocated to another instructor to maintain continuity and service standards.
4. Fitness to Drive
Pupils must hold a valid UK provisional or full driving licence and be medically fit to drive.Pupils must be at least 24
hours free from alcohol and free from illegal drugs.Certain prescription or over-the-counter medications may affect
concentration, alertness, or reaction times. It is the pupil’s responsibility to ensure they are legally fit to drive while
taking any medication. Medical advice should be sought where appropriate.If, in the interest of safety, an instructor
reasonably believes a pupil is unfit to drive, the lesson may be postponed or terminated. In such circumstances, the
lesson fee will remain payable.
5. Driving Tests
Driving tests should be discussed with your instructor before booking to ensure readiness and vehicle availability.The
instructor may decline the use of a training vehicle if the required DVSA standard has not yet been achieved.If an
instructor or vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to provide
a suitable replacement. The school cannot accept liability for DVSA test fees or related expenses.Failure to produce a
valid licence or required documentation on the day of test will result in the booked lesson and test time remaining
chargeable.
6. Conduct & Responsibility
All pupils are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. Unsafe, aggressive, abusive, discriminatory,
or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the lesson without refund.Pupils must follow
instructor guidance and comply with road traffic law. Any fines or penalties resulting from a pupil’s actions remain the
pupil’s responsibility.Deliberate or negligent damage not covered by insurance may result in liability for repair costs.
7. Vehicle Cameras
For safety and insurance purposes, vehicles may be fitted with forward and rear-facing dash cameras recording external
road activity only (no interior recording or audio). Footage may be used for incident investigation or insurance matters
and will not be publicly shared without consent.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation and used solely for the provision of driving
tuition and related services. Data is stored securely and shared only where legally required or necessary for legitimate
business purposes.
9. Pupils Under 18
Where a pupil is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian confirms acceptance of these Terms and agrees to be
responsible for payment of lesson fees and associated charges.
